Story - Niyati, a brilliant orphan raised with love by a warden and his wife, excels in school and earns a scholarship to a prestigious institution. There, she and another underprivileged student, Aakash, are chosen for the prestigious Oxford entrance exam. When offered money to help wealthy classmates cheat, Niyati initially declines but starts accepting to support her orphanage. Aakash joins her in this elaborate cheating scheme. As they face the moral dilemma of wealth versus integrity, the film explores their choices and the consequences of their actions.
